Cancellation Policy

Please be sure to read through the service description to make sure you are booking the right service.

All clients are responsible to cancel their appointment. Please make sure to read over the cancellation policy to avoid any charges.

 Clients will NOT be charged IF you cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment starts. Otherwise, you will be charged 25% for late cancellations and %50 for no shows.

All clients are expected to be on time for their appointments. There is a 15 minute grace period in which if you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, your service will be rescheduled and you will be charged.
